You will communicate directly with our editor through either Email, Line, Discord or Whatsapp. For feedback and revisions, we use a separate visual tool. All revisions pass through an account manager for extra quality control and feedback. You can also communicate with the account manager if needed.

If the single edit packages or monthly subscription options aren’t a good fit, or the type of video you want to edit isn’t supported, please contact us with your requirements.

We use a variety of software depending on the customer’s requirements. We primarily use Final Cut Pro and Premiere Pro.

Yes, but remember that YouTube and Facebook have algorithms that detect copyrighted content and remove it from their platforms, or demonetize your channel. We do have access to a library of royaly-free soundtracks for your project.

If we notice any footage could be improved with stabilization we’ll add it, but keep in mind there’s only so much that post-production stabilization can do.

Our monthly video editing service includes 4K. You can also request a custom project or a purchase a single add-on with 4K as an option.

Unless you want to upsize lower resolution footage, your original footage should be in 4K resolution.

Yes. We’ll color grade and adjust if we think the footage needs enhancing or changing to fit a certain theme. If you’d like us to copy a specific style please make sure to provide the link or the specific LUT files.

If you upload your original files from your computer to a file hosting service like Dropbox, the videos are not compressed or changed.

Sign up to a file hosting service like Dropbox (2GB free) or Google Drive (15GB free), upload your footage in to a folder, right click and copy the shareable link.
